B2B Meetings - How does it work?

A brokerage event organised by the Enterprise Europe Network is a quick and easy way to meet potential co-operation partners. Meetings last 20 minutes, which is usually enough time to build connections, then the bell rings and you move onto your next meeting.

Step 1: Register

Register and make sure you tick the 'matchmaking session' box if you want to book meetings with other delegates.

Step 2: Set up a Profile

Publish a profile that will be visible to the other registered delegates on the event website. This profile describes what you are looking for and are offering to potential partners. The better your profile, the more meeting requests you will receive!

Step 3: Request Meetings

You can send and receive meeting requests with other delegates registered for the session. A few days prior to the event you will receive a personal schedule with the times and table number for your meetings.  You can then keep up to date with last minute changes online or via the b2match app. The b2match event app allows participants to book and manage meetings on-site at an event. Available for Android and iOS.

Please note: A meeting request remains pending unless the requested delegate has accepted the request. Only accepted meeting requests will be scheduled.

As your meeting schedule will change during the booking fase, we encourage to download the ​B2Match App for iPhone or Android to have access to an up-to-date meeting schedule. 

The b2match app can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store and it allows you to do the following:

• check and confirm incoming meeting requests
• access your agenda in real time
• manage further meetings on-site

Your credentials for the B2Match app are the same email address and password you use to login to the event website.
